You may request a refund for your new King365 TV subscription within 30 calendar days of the order date. This guarantee applies to purchases made directly on our website.

The request is free and must be submitted before this period expires. It will be reviewed in accordance with the conditions set out below.

The request must concern a first-time subscription, be submitted by the person who placed the order and include the information needed to identify it.

Refunds are limited to one request per customer within a 12-month period to prevent abuse of the guarantee.

Our team may offer technical assistance before confirming the refund when a configuration or compatibility issue can be resolved quickly.

No refund can be granted after the 30-day period, for an already activated renewal, for unauthorised sharing of credentials, for a violation of the terms of use or for a request containing inaccurate information.

Difficulties arising from the internet connection, an incompatible device, a third-party application or an external service do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

A complete request is generally reviewed within 2 to 5 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

The time for the funds to appear then depends on the bank or payment provider and may take several additional business days.
